What are your methods of payment?

We proudly accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, only if you're shipping to AZ, you're purcahse will include an extra cost of 8.8% for sales tax.

What are my shipping costs?

It's a Flat Rate of $4.95 anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. We're sorry at this time we don't ship internationally.

When will my order be shipped?

Many of our items are drop shipped and along with working with many different designers and vendors, times will vary. Most items ship within in 2 to 3 weeks. Please note on product descriptions, we try to put an estimanted delivery time with each item. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order.

If you'd like something shipped faster, please contact us and we'll try our best to accomodate your request.

What are your return, refund, or exchange policies?

At Pippen Hill Rooms we strive to provide the best in customer service and products. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Below are are commonly asked questions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. And feel free to contact use if you have any questions or concerns at customerservice@pippenhillrooms.com.

Custom Made Items: These are not returnable. They are custom made items, therefore they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us. Items that this pertains to are - handpainted items, personalized items, custom bedding, and custom handpainted room decor.

All other items, you must contact us within 30 days to receive authorization. All returns, must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging & tags still attached. If we suspect an item has been used, it will be returned to you, and you'll be responsible for all shipping costs.

After we've received the returned item, and you've been issued authorization, we'll either refund or exhange your item. After 30 days, there's no refunds, returns, or exchanges. These are no refunds on shipping costs.

Clearance and Sale Items are not included in return, exchange, or refund policy.

Returning an item - Once you receive authorization, you'll receive an address of where to return it to. You'll need to include all packing info with it.

What are your privacy policies, is my credit card infomation safe and secure?

We only use a secure server, all information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) then encrypted into our Payment gateway database, which is only accessible by those authorized. All information is kept completely private and confidential.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information to any other outside sources. All information is kept completely confidential.
